Judges included 3 chef operators, as well as personnel from Wasserstrom, Edward Don, and Boelter Cos., There was lots of competition for innovation. We were confident that the POSEIDON would do well, but the "no need to disassemble" feature of the new dishwasher safe! Mechanical Scales garnered us a second win.
